Janelle grows the most beautiful juicy sweet table grapes, these are available late February to early June (season depending). Janelle then dries the excess grapes to create a truly chewy sweet caramel sensation that is her dried grapes. Her dried grapes are available all year round as are the balsamic vinegars which she makes from her grape juice. At easter time she even whips up some grape rocky road! Janelle’s farm also has citrus trees, mandarins and oranges are available when in season.
Recently, Janelle upgraded her drying equipment and now has expanded her dried line to include veggie chips, which are a perfect gluten free health snack, great with a dip! Some dried chocolate coated oranges are also a new addition. There are also preserves and dressings made with excess farm produce, a great tomato relish, pickles and jams.
All produce is only available at the Margaret River Farmers Market, on most Saturday mornings, all year round.
